Operate heavy equipment safely at Estevan Mine while applying inspection, monitoring, and maintenance skills across rotating 12-hour shifts. The schedule includes day and night work.

This Heavy Equipment Operator position supports mining operations near Estevan and Bienfait. You will follow company policies, site regulations, and safety procedures while assessing equipment readiness. The work includes adapting operation to ground conditions, handling materials, and addressing equipment issues. Previous mining equipment experience is a solid asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections
- Report abnormal sounds, odors, and mechanical indicators




- Adjust operation for ground conditions and material requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Previous mining heavy equipment experience considered a strong asset
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
- Ability to arrange personal accommodations and transportation
