Support EWB Canada’s daily operations as a part time Operations Manager using organizational, administrative, and coordination skills. Work from Toronto or remotely within Canada.

Reporting to the CEO, you will help maintain systems, processes, and documentation across the organization. The role works with the Community Manager, Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and national chapter community. It supports operational effectiveness, governance, people policies, travel logistics, and community coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the CEO with day-to-day operational management
- Maintain internal systems, processes, and documentation
- Update operational and human resource policies
- Coordinate Board meetings, records, and briefing materials




- Support travel, events, chapters, and volunteer logistics

Requirements:

- Three to five years in operations, administration, or coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfort with Google Workspace and email management systems
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
