Deliver primary health care at Mount Carmel Clinic using advanced nursing practice, chronic disease management, and client-centered education. This part time position serves clients through an interdisciplinary team.

The Nurse Practitioner provides wellness, disease prevention, and complex chronic condition management within nursing practice scope. You will advocate for clients and coordinate appropriate referrals to human services. The position requires community health experience, Indigenous understanding, and culturally safe collaboration.

Requirements:

- Master’s-level Nurse Practitioner program graduate
- Registered Nurse Extended Practice licensure in Manitoba
- Five years’ RN Extended Practice experience
- Three years’ community health setting experience
- Current CPR certification and community EMR proficiency
