As Property Accountant, you will own accounting and reporting for assigned income properties. Your work spans Yardi lease records, tenant reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and consolidated reporting. You will support property management, leasing, accounting, finance, and tax teams while maintaining accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Yardi lease and tenant information
- Prepare tenant operating cost reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger consistency with GAAP




- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles
- Prepare financial statements and consolidated working papers

Requirements:

- Minimum three years progressive real estate accounting experience
- Property management accounting experience
- Accounting designation and university education preferred
- High-level Yardi and Microsoft Office skills
- Robust analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
