Lead full program lifecycles at CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals in Scarborough, Ontario, using planning and project management skills. Work hybrid, full time.

Reporting to the Director of Programs & Community Services, this Team Lead oversees assigned programs and projects from initiation through close-out. The role coordinates workplans, budgets, deliverables, reporting, data tracking, and quality standards. It also supports staff supervision, participant engagement, and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned programs
- Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables, and program risks
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and submit program reporting data




- Supervise staff and resolve program delivery issues
- Build industry and training partner relationships

Requirements:

- Two or more years managing projects or programs
- One or more years leading or supervising teams
- Experience with reporting, data tracking, and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Commitment to equity, anti-oppression, and inclusive practices
