As Sales Coordinator, you will support the Director of Sales for Home2 Suites and Hilton Garden Brampton. The position focuses on group inquiries, reservations, proposals, contracts, and client communication. You will coordinate with Front Desk, Operations, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to group, meeting, and event inquiries
- Handle reservation calls for groups and meetings
- Support proposals, contracts, room blocks, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate rooming lists, billing details, and event requirements
- Maintain accurate records in Hilton's PEP PMS

Requirements:

- At least two years of hotel sales experience
- Proven client relationship building and maintenance experience
- Robust sales, negotiation, account management, and guest service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility for varying hours and occasional weekends
