As a Maintenance Technician, you will diagnose and repair basic to intermediate building issues. Your work spans apartments, equipment, fixtures, finishes, and building exteriors. Broadstreet Properties seeks someone with maintenance experience, trade training or equivalent experience, hand-tool knowledge, and digital workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical problems
- Repair windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, and appliances
- Replace carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tile finishes
- Paint, patch drywall, mud, and tape surfaces




- Maintain exteriors and report faulty operations or deficiencies

Requirements:

- Two or more years in a maintenance-related role
- Relevant trade or technical certification, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
- Computer, smartphone, tablet, email, and work-order application experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and rotational on-call availability
