Procure network materials for Rogers in North York using supplier negotiation, ERP systems, and advanced Excel reporting. This is a full-time temporary contract.

The Network Material Buyer supports Network operations by purchasing materials, equipment, and services. You will create purchase orders, source suppliers, monitor deliveries, and maintain supplier performance. The position coordinates with planning, inventory, warehouse, and finance teams to support purchasing requirements. It also addresses discrepancies while maintaining accurate procurement records and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review requisitions and create accurate purchase orders
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
- Monitor open orders and late deliveries
- Track supplier performance, lead times,



and quality metrics
- Resolve invoice, receiving, and purchase order discrepancies

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or procurement
- Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools proficiency
