As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will promote the Alberici brand while identifying, attracting, and recruiting professionals. You will manage recruitment through onboarding, coordinate applicants and hiring Managers through UKG, and support recruitment marketing strategies. This Burlington position offers a hybrid work model after six months of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment from job postings through onboarding
- Guide candidates with personalized recruitment communication and support
- Coordinate applicants and hiring Managers through UKG
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents,



and current hire toolkits
- Manage career fairs and recruitment partnerships

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least two years of direct recruiting experience
- Three to five years' construction recruitment experience preferred
- Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Strong organization, communication, discretion, and confidentiality
