As a Loss Prevention Organized Retail Crime Investigator, you will lead external fraud investigations across TJX Canada. Your work includes detecting theft, analyzing data, interviewing subjects, and preparing cases for prosecution. You will also monitor Payment Card Industry trends and support rapid responses to fraud situations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Detect and apprehend chronic theft and fraud offenders
- Conduct floor, mobile, and live surveillance
- Analyze data to identify targets and strategies
- Prepare reports and support prosecution, including testimony




- Build partnerships with police, courts, retailers, and banks

Requirements:

- Two to three years of relevant investigation experience
- Proven Organized Retail Crime investigation success
- Understanding of the Canadian Criminal Code
- Provincial Security License and valid driver’s license
- Robust communication, analytical, and investigative skills
