Reporting to a Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Support Services Manager, the Housekeeper maintains bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces. This position requires cleaning knowledge, protected equipment operation, accurate records, and respectful communication. Duties support person-centered care, resident dignity, and personal independence within established procedures, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and common spaces
- Make beds and change linens according to procedures




- Handle cleaning agents and equipment safely
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and maintenance issues

Requirements:

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials
- Professional communication with residents, visitors, and team members
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
