Jonas Software in Markham, ON is seeking a Client Success Supervisor to lead a team of Client Success Managers, drive proactive outbound engagement, retention, and accurate reporting. The role reports to the Senior Director, Client Success & Support.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance reviews, managing AR and credits, coordinating with Sales to renew, and overseeing dormancy and offboarding processes. 37.5 hours weekly with 1 opening; base salary range $80,000–$90,000.
