Deliver Carvana vehicles directly to customers while applying customer service and protected driving skills across scheduled delivery shifts.

Carvana seeks Customer Advocates with at least two years of customer-facing experience. You will deliver vehicles, complete customer paperwork, document notes, and inspect haulers. The work includes loading and unloading vehicles, physical activity, and maintaining a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
- Load and unload vehicles onto haulers
- Inspect haulers and vehicles for safe operation
- Complete customer paperwork and tracking-system notes
- Drive safely under Carvana’s qualification policy

Requirements:

- At least two years of customer-facing experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to obtain required notary authorization within 90 days
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds
