As a Keyholder, you provide on-shift leadership and direction in a customer-facing cannabis retail environment. You will model informed, responsible cannabis education, coach product recommendations, and support sales targets. The role also covers cash management, regulatory compliance, merchandising, onboarding, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver consistent customer service and resolve escalated concerns
- Coach product recommendations, sales techniques, and cannabis education
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash management
- Oversee operations, compliance, cleanliness, merchandising,



and organization
- Train new employees and provide on-shift team direction

Requirements:

- Minimum provincial regulatory age requirement, typically 19 or older
- Two-plus years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing work
- Previous leadership or keyholder experience preferred
- Provincial cannabis certification, such as CannSell or equivalent
- Versatile evenings and weekends availability; criminal record check required
