The Human Resources Assistant performs varied department duties under the Executive Director of Human Resources or designate. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate teacher and casual support staff dispatch
- Maintain absence records in the PRM database
- Support recruitment postings, applications, and appointment letters
- Prepare correspondence for appointments, leaves,



and retirements
- Conduct new employee orientation sessions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resource systems or business
- Four years progressively responsible administrative experience
- One year of human resources or personnel experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and minimum 65 wpm
- Strong English, proofreading, confidentiality, and communication skills
