In this permanent position, you’ll manage relationships with local producers and develop a loan portfolio. You’ll tailor financing packages using lending and non-lending products while collaborating with internal teams. The work combines credit analysis, business development, customer communication, and agriculture knowledge to help customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build financing packages meeting customers’ business needs
- Execute loans, from sales through approvals and completion
- Analyze customer financial information and prepare documentation
- Create, process,



and approve recent credit facilities
- Travel to farms and offices for tailored customer support

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce, or related field
- At least one year of related finance, lending, credit, or sales experience
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
