Get Set UK seeks an Employment Advisor for its Youth Mentor Programme. You will manage a caseload, build confidence, identify barriers and agree employment-focused action plans. The work includes CV, application and interview support, workplace preparation, employer introductions and ongoing in-work coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with young people and understand their ambitions
- Identify barriers and create transparent employment-focused action plans
- Provide CV, application and interview support
- Prepare participants for employer introductions and employment starts




- Deliver structured in-work coaching and support employment sustainment

Requirements:

- Experience coaching or advising people toward defined outcomes
- Experience engaging people facing confidence or employment barriers
- Evidence delivering measurable targets, deadlines or agreed outcomes
- Valid driving licence, suitable vehicle and business-use insurance
- Confident Microsoft Office knowledge and adaptable digital skills
