Plan youth activities and build meaningful relationships with young people through Youth Unlimited YFC ministry in Southwestern Ontario communities.

This Youth Worker position serves youth in a Youth Centre and/or elementary or high school setting. You will create programming around community needs, support holistic development, and encourage young people toward hope and full life potential. The work combines relationship building, teamwork, administration, and ministry partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with youth in ministry settings
- Plan and implement creative youth activities
- Recruit and collaborate with volunteers
- Communicate clearly with parents and the public
- Develop ministry partners through fundraising advocacy

Requirements:

- Alignment with Youth Unlimited YFC mission and ministry strategy
- Spiritual maturity and excellent relational skills
- Leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Robust administrative and organizational skills
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Persons Sector Criminal Reference Check
