- Manage client portfolios and provide exceptional customer service
- Review coverage, exposures, loss experience, and product requirements
- Maintain quotes, contracts, endorsements, cancellations, and account documentation
- Delegate, develop, coach, and review Account Assistant work




- Ensure accurate servicing, billing, and EPIC workflow compliance

Requirements:

- Commercial insurance breadth and coverage wording depth
- Level II license or equivalent with relevant industry experience
- Mentorship, delegation, leadership, and team motivation skills
