As Department Manager, Category, you oversee assigned product categories and report to the General Manager. You manage assortment, inventory flow, pricing, merchandising execution, visual standards, and team development. You use KPIs and business insights to improve sales, margin, inventory productivity, and store execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead assigned categories and deliver relevant product assortments
- Execute floor plans, merchandising strategies, and visual standards
- Analyze sales and inventory reporting to identify opportunities
- Drive replenishment, pricing accuracy, signage,



and product availability
- Coach teams through training, feedback, and regular check-ins

Requirements:

- One to three years of retail leadership experience
- Category operations and people leadership accountability
- Solid KPI interpretation and business acumen
- Inventory, merchandising, and retail systems experience
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
