Lookout Housing and Health Society seeks a full-time temporary Shelter Case Worker reporting to the Site Manager. You will work in drop-in and peer support, assisting guests affected by homelessness, addictions, and mental health concerns. Key Responsibilities:

- Support and supervise homeless adults facing multiple barriers
- Assess needs and develop versatile action plans

Requirements:

- Related diploma or certificate, or equivalent qualifications
- Two years of recent related experience with Grade 12
