Serve Metrie customers through exterior door expertise, accurate order management, and professional communication from the regional office. This role requires in-branch presence.

As a Customer Account Representative II, you will manage inbound calls and emails, process orders, prepare quotes, and provide inventory updates. You will also conduct proactive customer outreach, support Outside Sales Representatives, and coordinate service, delivery, product integrity, and warranty concerns. Solid customer focus, business acumen, and problem-solving guide daily interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to high-volume exterior door calls and emails
- Prepare quotes and process accurate customer orders
- Check inventory and coordinate estimated delivery timing




- Conduct weekly outbound calls to assigned customers
- Track service and warranty issues through resolution

Requirements:

- Prior sales and customer service experience required
- Exterior door or building materials experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and maintain accuracy

Use exterior door knowledge, customer service, SAP, and problem-solving skills to support Metrie accounts and Sales teams.
