Give & Go seeks a Production Area Lead for day-to-day operations in an assigned area. You will assign work, mentor employees, support production and quality goals, and drive safety performance. The position requires front-line manufacturing leadership experience, HACCP or GMP knowledge, and basic troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize staffing and assign work to shop-floor personnel
- Execute production schedules and monitor production standards
- Report incidents, hazards, equipment deficiencies, and deviations
- Ensure GMP, food safety,



and company policy compliance
- Facilitate meetings, training, shift reporting, and trials

Requirements:

- High school diploma completion
- Minimum five years front-line production leadership experience
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and lean manufacturing
- Basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and training abilities
