This role typically reports into the Ecomm Supervisor and is based in our Canada DC in our on‑site work environment.Responsibilities 60%: DC Operation and Execution: Housekeeping, safety and warehouse compliance in area of processingAccurate order picking and packingResponsible for inventory management including clean up and replenishmentLabeling cartons with the correct shipping and content labelsResponsible for quantity and quality picked into any outbound cartonsSorting shipping/content labels and matching to the correct outbound cartonMaintaining effective and quality picking activityManaging packing exceptions including shortagesShipping customer orders within defined SLAUsing Radio Frequency (RF) ScannersMeeting employee productivity and inventory accuracy targetsMaintaining minimum performance standards while performing required job functionsKnowing, understanding and following all Standard Operating ProceduresWorking safely and abiding by all of Carter’s safety rules and proceduresEssential Job Functions 40 %: Essential job functionsResponsible for housekeeping,
