As Business Capability Lead, you will partner strategically with the Global Release Business Process Owner. You will architect, govern, and protect the global product release ecosystem. Your work spans process architecture, enterprise SAP/S4 systems, and regulated pharmaceutical operations. Key Responsibilities:

Architect future-ready release standards and govern the release roadmap Integrate global standards for externally manufactured product release Optimize interfaces among release systems, quality organizations, and manufacturers Maintain process governance, documentation,

Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience 10 years' experience in a GxP-regulated setting Knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH regulatory frameworks Experience with quality release, process management, and ERP systems Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority Bring release architecture, quality systems, and regulatory expertise to Roche's global product release ecosystem in Mississauga.
