CSP is on the lookout for energetic coaches experienced with children aged 2-5 and youth girls aged 6-14. Your role will involve creating engaging and fun soccer experiences that foster skills and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
• Coach soccer skills to children for 2+ hours
• Engage with young players and encourage enthusiasm
• Provide feedback to parents effectively
• Create a fun and safe environment for learning
• Collaborate with other staff to build the program
Requirements:
• Experience with children ages 2-14
• High energy and physically fit for active coaching
• Strong communication skills for children and parents
• Availability on weekday evenings and weekends
• Coaching certification is a plus
