Our client is a well-established organization in the electrical distribution industry seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Edmonton team. This growth-focused sales role is responsible for developing new business while strengthening relationships with an established customer base. The successful candidate will bring a strong sales drive, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to identify customer needs and deliver solutions.

What you'll do

Develop recent business through proactive prospecting and territory development Manage and grow relationships with existing customers Promote a broad range of products and solutions to meet customer needs Prepare quotes, estimates and proposals and negotiate pricing and terms Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets Collaborate with internal sales specialists and branch teams Participate in customer meetings, presentations,



trade shows and industry events What you bring 3 years of relevant sales or industry experience Strong business development and relationship-management skills Proven "hunter" mentality with a drive to win new business Experience in electrical wholesale, distribution or a related industry is an asset Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent organization, time management and follow-through Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Technical or business diploma/degree is an asset Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory Why consider this opportunity?
