Lead bilingual recovery operations at ESC using Quebec process expertise, legislation knowledge, and customer-focused problem solving. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy.

As Bilingual Team Lead, Recovery, you will guide Recovery Representatives while performing recovery services for ESC customers. Reporting to the Recovery Manager, you will resolve complex issues, support development, and help deliver compliant service. French and English proficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and recovery subject matter expertise
- Resolve escalated complaints and complex customer inquiries
- Assign workflows and supervise team members when required
- Research policies and legislation for complex transactions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education and at least three years’ relevant experience
- Spoken and written French and English fluency
- Strong knowledge of Quebec recovery processes and legislation
- Expertise in repossession and liquidation of movable assets
- Solid judgment, organization, and decision-making skills
