In this critical role, you will be part of a rapid-paced team focused on sustainability at Talize. You will handle donated merchandise efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow from backroom operations to the sales floor. Excelling in this position means being organized, safety-focused, and able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offload, sort, and organize donated items accurately
• Weigh, label, and record incoming donations correctly
• Maintain clean and hazard-free donation processing areas
• Operate balers and compactors safely if certified
• Assist with operational tasks and sale-day preparation
Requirements:
• 1+ years of warehouse experience required
• Strong safety compliance and operational efficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage heavy items
• Valid Class G Driver's License preferred
• Experience with forklifts or balers is an asset
