Provide personal care in person with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as a Health Care Aide serving Winnipeg clients. Support independence through daily living assistance.

This clinical Health Care Aide position is based at Access Fort Garry within WRHA Community Health Services. Under supervision, you will provide direct care, respond to changing needs, and support clients’ optimum health and independence. Communication, organization, and critical thinking are key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide safe, effective personal care
- Support comfort, privacy, respect, and independence
- Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
- Organize and prioritize assigned workload

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 10 education, Manitoba standards
- Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
- Effective spoken and written English
- Basic MS Word and Outlook skills
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
