Bridgehead seeks an experienced Coffeehouse Manager and self-starter passionate about people and exceptional service. You will educate, support, and train frontline employees while maintaining standards for cleanliness, product delivery, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams toward outstanding hospitality and Bridgehead standards
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate frontline employees

Requirements:

- Two to three-plus years managing a store
- Established hospitality skilled with an exemplary track record
- Proven financial and inventory management skills
