LocationMontreal, Canada## About This Role**Diagram Ventures** is part of Sagard, a global alternative investment platform with $32B+ in AUM. The firm has raised $400M+ since 2016 and launched/invested in 30+ companies across Fintech and ClimateTech.**Key Responsibilities:**- Execute deal flow: opportunity assessment, sourcing, and pipeline management- Conduct investment evaluations and lead due diligence workstreams- Implement AI tools to enhance sourcing and portfolio management workflows- Advise portfolio companies on fundraising efforts- Manage portfolio performance tracking and value creation- Research fundraising trends, valuations, and industry benchmarks- Support recent fund creation and capital allocation modeling**Requirements:**- 3+ years in investments, PE, or VC (ClimateTech experience preferred)- Top-tier performance track record- English required; French advantageous- Montreal-based; hybrid work arrangement
