You will oversee billing, invoicing, and reconciliation, ensuring solid financial controls and timely service delivery in a hybrid Waterloo-based role.

You will collaborate with Finance, Underwriting, Sales, Risk Management, and Operations to enhance client experience and drive operational excellence while supporting audits
