This experienced L10 Delivery Lead supports GED Infrastructure and business growth plans within Data, Delivery & Integration. The role coordinates Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, and Technology stakeholders. It combines delivery leadership, stakeholder management, program execution, and problem-solving across complex change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic GED infrastructure initiatives
- Develop roadmaps spanning tactical, interim, and strategic solutions
- Coordinate workstreams against objectives, timelines, and regulatory commitments




- Establish governance structures and senior stakeholder reporting
- Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and executive communications

Requirements:

- Seven or more years delivering financial-sector change initiatives
- Experience with large-scale cross-functional transformation programs
- Understanding of delivery governance and change management
- Strong senior stakeholder influence and executive communication skills
- University degree or equivalent qualified experience
