Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Multi Unit Manager oversees operational objectives and guest satisfaction across multiple restaurants. This position supports Restaurant Managers while managing production, ordering, costs, staffing, compliance, security, and team development. Success depends on consistent standards and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review restaurant orders and pars daily for production and ordering
- Conduct walk-throughs for maintenance, cleanliness, security, and standards
- Manage budgets, profits, sales, transactions, and restaurant costs
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate restaurant team members




- Review metrics and direct performance targets for growth
