As a Child Minding Instructor, you will lead YMCA-approved programming for young children, nurturing their emotional, social, and cognitive development. Building respectful relationships with families and ensuring children’s safety are fundamental aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement YMCA curriculum for children's development
• Facilitate engaging and creative learning activities




• Maintain a safe and clean childcare environment
• Guide children during conflicts with positive techniques
• Communicate daily with families respectfully
Requirements:
• Experience working with children preferred
• Child Care Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) preferred
• Standard First Aid & CPR - C certification
• Police Information Check with Vulnerable sector check required
