YWCA Saskatoon seeks a Director of the Child Development Centre to oversee program delivery, administration, and staff in a unionized daycare workplace. The role includes strategic leadership, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with provincial licensing and funding conditions.

The Director will guide the CDC Manager and ECE staff, collaborate with the CEO and leadership team, and drive initiatives that reflect women and families’ needs in Saskatchewan.
