Northern Health is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse for Primary Care nursing. The PCN will provide direct clinical care to individuals, groups, and communities, following BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards and ethics.
Work within interprofessional teams across physician practices, homes, schools, and communities. Under supervision of the manager, the PCN will conduct clinical follow-ups aligned with person’s care plans and goals, contributing to cooperative, patient-centered care.
