Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will support, monitor, maintain, and improve systems across multiple aviation locations. The work covers servers, networks, computers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and technical support. You will help ensure reliable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain server, network, and computer environments
- Administer Windows, Active Directory, terminal services, and network services
- Install, configure, repair, and upgrade infrastructure equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely
- Create accounts, train users,



and support technology projects

Requirements:

- Three to five years of systems administration or IT support experience
- Information Technology degree or equivalent practical experience
- Solid Windows administration, networking, and infrastructure knowledge
- Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows tools experience
- PowerShell, Python, VBScript, or similar scripting proficiency
