Lead procurement strategy at NFI Parts™ by coaching Buyers and managing supplier relationships across cost, service, and quality priorities.

The Category Supervisor supervises Buyers while executing category strategies defined by the Category Manager. This position leads sourcing activities, supplier performance, cost management, and tactical negotiations. It also supports continuous improvement and supply chain efficiency across NFI Parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coach, and distribute workloads among Buyers
- Lead long-term contract bidding and supplier negotiations
- Execute category strategies against cost, service, and quality objectives
- Monitor KPIs, supplier scorecards, and performance improvements
- Present quarterly category reviews and support annual planning

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain management
- Three to five years in procurement or strategic sourcing
- Some leadership experience with robust communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of Oracle is an asset
