Lead enterprise technology readiness in Owen Sound with Brightshores Health System, coordinating Oracle Health adoption, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

As Technical Lead, you will support the Brightshores e-Volve Grey Bruce Project Management Support office. You will translate TransForm Shared Service Organization standards into implementation plans across Brightshores sites. The work spans networking, identity, devices, integrations, clinical workflows, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate technical assessments, remediation, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Plan cutover, go-live support, stabilization, and operational transition
- Assure connectivity, devices, access management, printing, and mobility readiness
- Coordinate biomedical connectivity, downtime technology, and site requirements




- Collaborate with technical, clinical, operational, and vendor stakeholders

Requirements:

- Five years of progressive enterprise or healthcare technical experience
- Degree or diploma in technology, engineering, informatics, or related field
- Experience delivering major clinical or enterprise technology implementations
- Knowledge of networking, identity, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and support
- Ability to travel between sites and work outside regular hours
