Reports to: Operations Leader

Responsibilities

- Lead the production teamonmultiple lines.
- Lead by example and train, develop, and inspire production team.
- Be instrumental in developing a high-performance team where all team members work coherently to “win” together.
- Plan production operations,establishingpriorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
- Develop plans for productive use of material, machines,and labor.
- Responsible to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE)for the line.
- Review production orders or schedules toascertainproduct data such as types, quantities and specifications of products and scheduled delivery datesto plan department operations.
- Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
- Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and directs set-up and adjustments of machines.
- Maintains time and production records.
- Confer withshiftleaders andcoordinatesproduction to ensure product is ready per customer requirements.
- Observe allsafety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members.
- Operate filler and downstream whenrequired.




- Maintain strict Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP).
- Compliancewith all rules & policiesregardinghealth safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
- Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
- Other duties as assigned.

Profile

- Bachelor’s degree inengineering,business, or related fields
- Ability to apply critical thinkingskillsto solve problems
- An ambitious self-starter withstrong desireto grow professionally
- Proficient computer skills(Microsoft Suite of Applications), and instructional software
- Good interpersonal skills and communicationskills to interactwith all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyto meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skillsto encourage,mentor, train, and leadstaff
