As an accredited Insurance Advisor, you will support existing referrals and new RBC client acquisitions. You will assess life events, recommend insurance and wealth products, and deepen relationships through compliant digital tools. This full-time Field Sales role requires prospecting, networking, and sales accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discover client needs and provide comprehensive insurance advice
- Recommend Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, and Wealth products
- Develop relationships using Salesforce and electronic forms
- Build external networks through referrals and market opportunities
- Review results and adjust activities toward established targets

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent
- Life/A&S; License through HLLQP/LLQP, or willingness to complete
- Business development, prospecting, and professional sales experience
- Solid client relationship and digital literacy skills
- Existing referral network and entrepreneurial mindset
