The Business Improvement Lead coordinates site-wide initiatives across the McIlvenna Bay Operation. You will prioritize opportunities, develop measurable plans, track results, and support accountability through data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead initiatives improving operational performance, productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in business, engineering, operations management, or related discipline
- Minimum eight years of mining industry experience
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with measurable improvements
- Understanding of performance management, KPI development, and improvement tracking
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
