This Manager position oversees Talent Review design, delivery, governance, and continuous evolution across TD. You will manage annual planning, executive engagement, calibration, technology enablement, and talent outcomes. The work supports enterprise talent, succession, and leadership development decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise Talent Review program delivery
- Develop annual workback plans, milestones, and executive deliverables
- Design calibration processes, presentations, and business talent plans
- Guide HR partners and business leaders on Talent Review practices
- Define system requirements with Technology liaison partners
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Five to seven-plus years in Talent Management or related HR
- Experience managing complex programs with executive stakeholders
- Solid facilitation, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HR technology and reporting tools
