Health Link seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for its Teletriage program. You will evaluate concerns, provide health advice, and connect callers with appropriate care. Clinical software, databases, protocols, active listening, and critical thinking support accurate decisions for diverse patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide telephone triage services to callers across Alberta
- Evaluate, triage, and counsel patients with diverse concerns
- Offer health advice and reliable information
- Ask relevant questions and identify pertinent information




- Connect individuals with appropriate health care professionals

Requirements:

- Accredited nursing education program completion
- Active or eligible Alberta nursing registration and practice permit
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Health Care Provider certification
- Three to five years recent clinical Registered Nurse experience
- Thirty-five words-per-minute typing speed and intermediate computer skills
