Application Support Analyst work in Montreal supporting production health, incident management, and multiple applications within an APS Functions portfolio.

This 12-month contract requires more than five years of support experience. You will provide Level 1 and 2 support, manage changes and requests, and assist application users. Banking or financial-sector experience, core banking or data warehousing knowledge, and DevOps knowledge are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor production activities and perform remediation when required
- Receive, record, understand, and resolve application issues
- Route unknown incidents to Level 3 development support
- Manage production changes for NAR applications
- Report priorities, escalations, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- More than five years of support role experience
- Solid Oracle and Microsoft SQL database skills
- Unix or Linux hands-on experience and daily commands
- Shell or PowerShell scripting experience
- Autosys, SYSLOAD, GENEOS, or SharePoint knowledge

Support production applications in Montreal through incident management, database expertise, monitoring, scripting, and controlled changes.
