You will manage investigations, quantify losses, analyze coverage, and support customer service. The role requires collaboration with specialists and premier vendors while controlling indemnity spend and expenses. Key Responsibilities:

- Set fieldwork expectations and timelines for independent adjusters
- Manage claim files through investigation, adjustment, and completion
- Prepare file strategies, coverage analyses, dispositions, and business cases

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of commercial property claims experience
- Manage complex losses exceeding $5,000,000 consistently
- Detailed property insurance and case law knowledge

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills
