Commercial Property and Casualty insurance expertise drives client engagement for this Associate Client Advocate, supporting strategy, placement, and retention across WTW accounts.

The Associate Client Advocate works with a Producer, Client Advocate, and Global Service Delivery Client Specialist. This client-facing position coordinates service delivery, advises on insurance and risk management needs, and supports marketplace responses. It also develops presentations, proposals, renewal strategies, and defensive RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Retain existing business and strengthen client relationships
- Coordinate internal resources and client service delivery
- Develop client presentations, proposals, and service plans
- Coordinate renewals and policy requirements




- Resolve escalations, accounting issues, and service activities

Requirements:

- Targeted five-plus years commercial Property and Casualty experience
- Client-facing insurance and risk management experience
- Knowledge of coverage forms and renewal processes
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and project management skills
- Active insurance broker Property and Casualty license
