Lead hydrogeological investigations and groundwater programs at SLR Consulting, supporting clients across Canada through technical expertise and project leadership.

As Hydrogeology Team Lead, you will grow the hydrogeology team while delivering services to municipal, industrial, commercial, and public-sector clients. Your work will span groundwater assessment, contamination hydrogeology, resource management, and interdisciplinary project delivery. You will also support staff development, client relationships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee hydrogeological investigations, aquifer testing, monitoring, and dewatering assessments
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and integrate scientific, planning, and engineering findings
- Review reports, proposals, work plans, and regulatory submissions
- Manage scope,



schedules, budgets, safety, QA/QC, and client satisfaction
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business development plans

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years in environmental services hydrogeology
- Experience leading consulting professionals and project teams
- Skilled Engineer or Professional Geoscientist designation
- Undergraduate engineering or geosciences degree; hydrogeology master’s preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
